Shipping Overview

At CULTURE FLOCK FASHION, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and costs to help you understand what to expect when you place an order with us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. This includes all 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving your order confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and after any discounts have been applied).

Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. If you choose expedited shipping, you will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.

Free shipping is available to all eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • The total weight of your order
  • The shipping destination (shipping zone)
  • The shipping method selected

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will have the opportunity to review all charges before confirming your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at brenttbrown7@outlook.com.

Delivery Information

All deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at brenttbrown7@outlook.com.

For damaged packages, please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If we are unable to contact you or you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund for the order total minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Please note the following holiday shipping deadlines:

  • Standard Shipping: Order by December 15 for delivery by December 24
  • Expedited Shipping: Order by December 20 for delivery by December 24

These dates are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier volume during peak seasons.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Backorders and Pre-Orders

If an item in your order is on backorder, we will ship the available items immediately and the backordered item when it becomes available. You will not be charged additional shipping for backordered items.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. We will notify you via email when your pre-ordered item is ready to ship.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at brenttbrown7@outlook.com or call (501) 254-2434. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
