Our Commitment to You
At CULTURE FLOCK FASHION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning items and receiving refunds.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Intimate apparel including undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at brenttbrown7@outlook.com or call us at (501) 254-2434 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Package Your Return: Place the item(s) in the original packaging along with your receipt and the Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the package.

Springfield, MO 65802 - Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to a defect, please contact us at brenttbrown7@outlook.com with photos of the defect. For size or color exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brenttbrown7@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Returns
CULTURE FLOCK FASHION is not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
